WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Every order we receive is processed promptly, within 1-2 business days of your purchase. On average your package will arrive within 3-5 business days after we ship it! Exact shipping times will vary depending on your location. If you're curious about the shipping status of a specific order, please refer to the tracking number you received.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Although we are currently unable to directly process international purchases on our website, we are more than happy to fulfill your order. Due to high international shipping costs, we will work with you one-on-one to get you the best rates possible. Fill out THIS FORM to get started!

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Generally speaking, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. However, since Glitter Darling is a small business, we may be able to make changes to your purchase if we haven't processed and packed it yet. Please CONTACT US as soon as possible if it is an urgent matter and we will do our best to work with you. Please note that this is not a guarantee that your order can/will be modified. 

DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?
We are currently unable to open new accounts as this time. Please CONTACT US to be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified as soon as we open up wholesale for new customers. 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE PURCHASES? (CHURCH EVENTS, TEAM UNIFORMS, ETC.)
Yes! Qualifying orders are eligible for a volume discount. To qualify, you must order at least a dozen of the same item in the same color. For orders between 1-5 dozen, you will receive a 10% discount. For orders between 6-12 dozen, you will receive a 15% discount. For orders above 12 dozen, you will receive a 20% discount. Note, volume discounts can not be used in conjunction with other offers/promotions. Please CONTACT US before placing your order so we can adjust the prices in your shopping cart. 

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATION FOR YOUR BOWS?
We are unable to accept customization requests at this time. 

I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT THERE IS AN ISSUE...
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! Please CONTACT US with your concern(s) and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. 

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 
Due to the quick changing nature of our stock, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. However, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. Customized items, clearance, and promotional offer purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.

I'M A BLOGGER/INFLUENCER, DO YOU OFFER PARTNERSHIPS?
Because we are a small business, we don't have the kind of marketing budget that a bigger company has. However, we are interested in working with unique voices to help us develop and grow over the years to come. This means we will occasionally accept Partners on a case by case basis. If you are a content creator (YouTube, Instagram, blogging, etc.), please CONTACT us and we'll see what we can come up with! Please note, we cannot offer monetary compensation at this time. This means no paid advertisements or social media posts. We are more interested in developing a real, authentic relationship with content creators, not one off transaction.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE DISCONTINUED STYLES?
Glitter Darling designer/limited edition styles are not available for purchase once our stock is sold out. We may occasionally make certain highly-requested styles available in limited batches.
